Step 1: Start City4u Mobile App

After you download City4u app you can report faults, apply for certificates, check for local events etc. You can have as many favourite municialities as you wish. Your requests may include photos, files and geodata

Step 2:

City4u app will form a request and assigns it to the most appropriate person of the municipality that uses our trouble ticketing system to handle it from start to finish.

Additionally: Outsourcing

Small and Medium Municipalities may also require to utilise our Help Desk in order to ensure that the citizen requests are satisfied and handled properly. This support helps municipalities with limited resources to respond well to citizen requests
